This is now going to be a separate starter kit from https://github.com/fastly/compute-starter-kit-rust-fanout that can be used in the simple case of acting as a GRIP proxy for WebSocket and GET/HEAD requests.

Added some additional instructions on how to expand the kit going forward.

You'll also need to edit the workflow file to pin to Rust 1.83.0 instead of stable.
