Install

npm install @fest-lib/core @fest-lib/dom

Peer: @fest-lib/core >=0.1.0. ESM, Node 20+, sideEffects: true.

loadInlineStyle(css, root?, layer?) prepends a <style> (default: document.head). Optional layer wraps the text in @layer.
