Replace analyze.py with analyze_speedup_v6.py from feature/agent-bench-multi-chips. Add analyze_tokens.py for token usage statistics. v6 now supports both speedup analysis and per-operator token counting. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
