Reviewed against the FEP REVIEW_GUIDE checklist. Thrive backend added to FlagTree on the triton_v3.6.x branch (implementation: FlagTree#625). Shipped with FlagOS 2.1; Status updated to Implemented.
Files renamed to the NNNN-title-slug.md convention; attached to the FlagOS 2.1 milestone. LGTM — merging to archive the 2.1 record.
