Unable to Remove Users from Group Chats (applies to the Mobile PWA too)

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Group Chat with friends
2. Attempt to remove friends from the group chat

Expected behaviour

the button to remove people from the group chat should be visible and functional

Actual behaviour

there isn't a button, even in the PWA, you can only remove via the desktop client only
