Make it possible to regognize Modrinth plugin with specific channel

### Feature Description

Either via config or flag. 
The config could also be useful for installs etc. 

### Why is this feature needed?

Currently it tries to pull snapshots in what i don't want at all. I can manually change, but that's then needed on all servers trough.
