Bug: Video starts plying on its own after pausing

Reproduction steps

0. Play a Youtube video.
1. Turn the screen off (video keeps playing).
2. Pause the video from the locks screen widget.

Actual result

Sometimes the video will resume playing on its own randomly, some time between 5 seconds and 5 minutes after pausing (not sure, but I think I haven't seen more than 5 minutes).

Expected result

Video stays paused until I resume it by pressing play on the phone or on the earbuds.

Additional info:

1. It started happening only a few days ago - haven't experienced it before. But the last Grayjay update was 2 months ago, so that's really strange. Perhaps a recent YT plugin change?
2. I played with the auto-restart settings, and I'm 90% sure that this is caused by the "Restart after connectivity loss" being enabled. It happens when that setting is set to "Always", but haven't happened since 2-3 days after I have set the setting to "Never". The "Restart after audio focus loss" setting is still enabled and set to "Within 10 seconds" (it has occurred with this setting disabled).
3. I suspect that the playback restarts after I come home and the phone connects to WiFi (I usually pause before entering home), but it has also happened after pausing when I was in my home (connected). I cannot tell however if the phone did not drop WiFi connection for a second there.

I jest noticed that with the 'Restart after connectivity loss' set to 'Never' Grayjay still restarts playing after connectivity loss, but does not start playing on its own, so that option actually only switches the bug on and off 😄.
