@rukayaj Thank you again for submitting the PR I will add a feature that allows specifying the exact list of email addresses to which notifications should be sent. I think this approach would be more flexible. |

Maybe a simple implementation like this would work for #3055 and #2409 ? This doesn't cover most of @dbloom's suggestions though, just for when auto publication fails. I will build and deploy this for one of the GBIF Norway IPTs anyway.
