Vanta EU integration not available anymore #19757

Description
In Sentry docs there are two documentation page for Vanta: Vanta and Vanta EU. However, Vanta EU is not available in the integration list and Vanta own documentation does not mention anything about it so I think the only available integration is Vanta and Vanta EU page should be deleted.

The separate Vanta EU page is still linked from both integration lists on master. Vanta now documents the same setup for all regions, so I will remove the duplicate page and redirect its old URLs to the Vanta guide
