Port Vercel AI v5–v7 integration tests to default span streaming while retaining v4 as transaction coverage in
v4-static, including the original transaction-tag and error-correlation checks.Remove the separate streaming-only suites and fold their unique GenAI assertions into the corresponding retained suites. V4 keeps the default data-collection opt-in check, and v6 retains telemetry-metadata coverage. Reuse existing cases rather than adding duplicate test runs.
Fixes #24138 for Vercel AI; other providers are handled in separate PRs.
