Instead of deleting by projects, let's attempt by using the ID.

This should work ok as a test. I'd just make sure ops is aware, and that you merge this when you have time to monitor it.
Since currently, group deletions run one daily, it could be worth having this run at a regular schedule or at a time that's better for you to be able to monitor.
