* Add Prerequisites of python 3.4 and git
* Register all models and all non m2m fields
* Use pipdeptree to manage deps, just upgrade with pip and run bin/regen_requirements.sh * Parse requirements.txt in setup.py for package install * Add bin/django.sh for easy django cmds with default settings and venv

Hi,
Took a pretty opinionated approached here, let me know what you think is acceptable for merging?
I think pyenv will throw a lot a people off, and its not strictly required so I just swapped it out with stdlib venv.
