Civic Tech & Usable AI from Barbados Hi! I'm Matt — a developer building national-scale AI systems in Barbados through Dharach.

What I'm Working On

Instead of importing Silicon Valley abstractions, I build and prove systems that work in real conditions — civic tech that serves thousands of people daily:

  • Talk to Tali — Shame-free WhatsApp task manager for ADHD brains
