Adds an alert banner to the top of all MDX files within /website to indicate deprecation

Description

In conjunction with today's UDR migration, adds an alert to all MDX files directing contributors to UDR instead of contributing here.

The script to deprecate the `/website` folder was a little over-zealous
and also edited files in `/ui` which is used for the product UI.

We don't want that, so we need to revert that and ONLY edit files in
`/website`.
