Description

This PR updates Workspace SSH key reconciliation logic to reduce the number of API calls.

Tests

  • E2E on HCP Terraform Operator
  • E2E on HCP Terraform Operator [Helm]
  • E2E on Terraform Enterprise
  • E2E on Terraform Enterprise [Helm]
