This Pull Request introduces the complete Burmese translation for the entire agents-course documentation.

Key Highlights of this Contribution:

• Scope Covered: The translation covers Unit 0 through Unit 4, including all Bonus Units (Bonus 1 to Bonus 3).
• Language Code Implementation: The necessary language configuration (my code) has been added to the documentation build files (build_documentation.yml and build_pr_documentation.yml).
