BREAKING CHANGE: `bellecour` chain is removed; users using `"defaultChain": "bellecour"` must edit their `iapp.config.json` to set `defaultChain` to a supported chain.
BREAKING CHANGE: iApps deployed with SCONE will no longer be executable and must be redeployed with TDX by running `iapp deploy`

Remove Bellecour and SGX SCONE support
Both changes are breaking and should appear as independent breaking changes in the changelog
