This PR adds a small script that dynamically generates an ICS file containing ISO‑8601 calendar weeks. The generator uses the period configured in config.py (
FETCH_START_YEAR/FETCH_END_YEAR) and creates RFC‑5545 all‑day events on Mondays. The calendar is written to kalenderwochen.ics, the website template is updated with a short explanation, and the deploy workflow now runs the generator so the file is published automatically.Fix #29
