Move experiments to ilien-dev/muninn-experiments - #16

crates/muninn-bench/experiment and crates/muninn-bench/pmbench (35,796 files, pre-registrations, harnesses and raw results) now live in ilien-dev/muninn-experiments, copied byte for byte from e3bf0f0 (every blob SHA matches) at bc2fe5c. Docs link there by permalink; CLAUDE.md points the experiment rules at that repository. corpora/claude-md stays: the CI gates read it. The experiment subcommand now needs --config, since its task files moved too. The install commands drop --sparse: the plain clone is now small. Experiment data made up 35,302 of the repository's 36,322 files. Claude Code clones a marketplace at depth 1, so every install downloaded about 134 MB to use the 17 files in
plugin/. This moves the experiments to their own repository.Changes

The Rust changes are comments and one argument default; the CI run on Linux is the real check.
