What problem does this PR solve?

  • Use of umi-plugin-icons package was never implemented
    • icons config missing required parameter entry in .umirc.ts
  • Resolves 3 high-vulnerability CVEs
  • umi-plugin-icons is a dead package (last update > 4 years ago)
  • Resolves umi startup warning info - [icons] no icons was found
