A web-based short video platform

First, you need to make sure that you have a node.js, Golang, and Docker environment on your system.

Run npm install in the web and web-admin files.
Go to the docker folder and run docker-compose up.
Run go mod download from the project home directory.
In your home directory, run go run . and run npm run dev project run in the web and web-admin folders.
