SatPulse is a suite of software for using a GPS/GNSS receiver attached to a computer running Linux, macOS or Windows. It allows you to:

  • run a stratum 1 NTP server using chrony, ntpd-rs or NTPsec on Linux
  • run a stratum 1 NTP server using chrony on macOS
  • run a PTP grandmaster with a Raspberry Pi CM4/CM5 or an Intel NIC using linuxptp
  • act as an RTK base station or rover
  • configure, monitor and evaluate GPS receivers from a wide range of vendors using a web-based GUI

Please see the web site for more information. The documentation on the web site is mostly focused on the current released version.

See NEWS and the blog for recent developments. Check the Releases page for the latest prerelease.

The web site is built from the docs directory.

The homebrew-satpulse repository provides a Homebrew tap for macOS.
