Add URL-encoded {query}, {titler, and {text} placeholders for notification click destinations. Add and update mappings for YouTube, Instagram, Gmail, Google Chat, Play Store, Play Games, and Play Console.
Notification migrations now in the option saver, preserve custom mappings, migrate legacy HTTP and outdated URLs, and remove retired Hangouts and Google+ defaults.
