spent the last 12+ years writing software — backend mostly, across c, ruby, elixir, and a lot of javascript. more recently i've been chasing my interests into hardware: avr and esp microcontrollers, kicad boards, elixir + nerves projects around the house.
most of what i'm actually building right now lives in private repos — a voice-assistant-driven home automation system, a solar-powered sensor board that's been a slow-burning hobby, various led and ble experiments. the public side of my github is mostly hardware templates and older work.
outside the keyboard: woodworking since 2020 — mostly hand tools, slowly.
