- Support top-level const declarations (introduced in 0.7.4: https://github.com/ethereum/solidity/blob/develop/Changelog.md#074-2020-10-19)
- Add missing gwei literal denomination (https://docs.soliditylang.org/en/v0.8.16/grammar.html#a4.SolidityLexer.NumberUnit)
