Generate VitePress Site and verify content

• Ran npm run docs:build confirming VitePress setup and markdown transformation into static site.
• Verified all markdown files from Junior to Specialist are properly formatted and available.
• Updated tsconfig.json to include "ignoreDeprecations": "6.0" to silence TS5101 warning for baseUrl, allowing npm run typecheck to pass cleanly.
• Verified all linters, prettier format, vitest unit tests, and playwright E2E tests are passing.
