Adds support for additional containers (both init and normal) within the ate API server. This is helpful for sidecar containers.
In our case, we use rotating database credentials supplied by vault as a standard, this obviously isn't supported by a ton of off-the-shelf software, but having access to sidecars help us get around this by communicating with a proxy over loopback.
