concise currently packages its response style only for Claude Code. Add a separate Codex plugin under
codex/concise/, discoverable through the repo's Codex marketplace, with explicit$concise:conciseand$concise:concise-offskills.Generate the Codex rules from the canonical ruleset and build a standalone ZIP with synchronized manifests, attribution, license, and logo. Add installation guidance and Windows/Ubuntu CI for package consistency and native installation/skill discovery. This package provides conversation on/off controls; Claude's persistent always-on controls are not included.
Validation:
