Sporadic crashing

Hello.

I'm having an issue with StudioLibrary where I double click on a hand pose for my rig and it randomly freezes and crashes Maya. This has been happening more frequently than usual and I can't at all determine how or why. This makes me lose some of my work, which is extremely frustrating.

This has happened with other versions of StudioLibrary as well.

Any ideas on what can be done to prevent this?
