the demo of counter-mapper is a good demo which can help us to quickly experience the device management of KubeEdge. but it can only simulate the scenario of one counter device.
in this pr, i made a device list to store the information of multi-counters. the user could create more counters with different names and all of them will work through the same counter-mapper.
here is the example with 2 counters and the 3rd counter is activated.
