Ship tasks now must stow and save project learnings before cleanup. AGENTS.md section 7 teardown: add mandatory stow + insights step. Stow skill: add project-insights directory routing for completed ship tasks, writing dated retrospectives alongside curated data/learnings.md entries.

Changes:
Root cause: workers complete work, report done, and get torn down without stowing. Learnings are lost. This makes stow structural rather than manual.
