Independent project experiments
I use small, concrete project scenarios to explore how work, resources, risks and decisions fit together. A circular brick wall, a shared farm lane or a mountain refuge gives us something recognisable to think with before turning to the mathematics.

How does a project’s history emerge from the choices available now? Bricklaying a Rotunda starts with a wall built course by course, then explores changing states, shared resources and possible trajectories.
Can tasks and threats be understood through one process model? Integrated risks & tasks uses cows, concrete and shared access to explore wiring diagrams and alternative executions.
How can recurring pieces of project work connect without losing the conditions that make them work? Petri nets, wiring diagrams, category theory, project ontologies and decision models offer different ways into that question. The examples help me test what each method contributes—and where it stops helping.
I build these experiments with AI assistance and share the sources, constructions and limits. An essai is a trial: it may reveal a useful connection, expose a mistake or leave a question open. Making the result understandable is part of the work.
The library keeps earlier apps, practical guides and bounded worked examples available alongside the ongoing enquiries. A useful result under stated assumptions is worth retaining; it does not settle the whole project problem.
This collection is independent public work. My employment and client work sit outside it. Reuse terms belong to the individual repositories and their sources.
