Deployments: a Deploy menu and More; Local wears the host OS's mark - #1797

The Deployments card's row had five buttons. Both deploys sit behind one Deploy menu, each with a line on what it costs (menu_item's new hint); Back up now stays a button; Rehearse a restore joins rolling back and destroying in More. From lbedner/aegis-steward#556. The Local card had no mark: the container sees only Linux, whatever runs Docker. make serve names the machine's OS (macOS, Windows, a Linux distro by its os-release, Omarchy by its own directory, as it keeps Arch's os-release) and its home page; Local wears that page's favicon, as a provider wears its own, and says which OS. From lbedner/aegis-steward#558.
