[ISSUE] Setting up the Local Installation, fail on TASK [centos : Install EPEL repo.]  #85

Hi, I am working my way though the local instalation as described here http://tuxlab.org/#/install/install_local

I have managed to get past a few failures so far including the version of Ansible not being the most recent, I have now hit a roadblock at the following task
