Replaces upstream's tests/load/automatic-evaluation-pipeline with the customized version from rag-eval-refactor-1 (current working-tree state).
The eval pipeline now lives at tests/load/automatic-evaluation-pipeline/, so dirname(SCRIPT_DIR) no longer points at the repo root. Use git toplevel instead.
