Generally the best way to get help setting up or understanding the Change By Us application and codebase is to create a ticket. These are addressed as soon as anyone on the CBU team has time.

Some CBU folk also hang out on the #cbu channel on irc.freenode.net. If you find someone there it may be faster to get help through this resource.
