When enabled, it will quote any url before pasting.
Quotable urls are sections within the pasted string that start with http:// or https://
If there's a character preceding the h in http... it must be a space (' ', '\t', '\r', '\n') or it won't quote
If there's a backslash, singlequote, doublequote before the first space or the end of the string it won't quote.
This pr will be followed by a pr for qterminal to make use of this feature.
