This PR is built on top of the parallel loading one, and includes those changes as well.
This PR adds a date format option to the connection settings, which is appended to tables when those tables are rolled over periodically. This allows the provider to assume that tables with the same common prefix, but separate dates have the same schema. This drastically reduces the "Populating" time for large storage accounts that use date rollover.
