Create IDF for HB3A, HB2B and PSI Zebra.

These 3 instruments are similar.

This fixes #113 and #121.

Test

  1. Verify HB2B script is able to generate an IDF same as the tested version that was generated manually.
    • Benchmark: X-ray 2048 x 2048 IDF
    • Generate IDF
    • PyRS verifies IDF
  2. HB2B/HZB IDF
    • Generate IDF (256 x 256)
    • Mantid observation
  3. HB3A 1-Panel
    • Generate IDF
    • Compare with current IDF
  4. Zebra 1-Panel
    • Generate IDF
  5. HB3A 3-Panel
    • Generate IDF
    • Generate mock data
    • Verify by visualization in Mantid
