Adds Vanilla Markdown, a native read-only Markdown viewer for local files and folders on macOS, to the Markdown tool directory.

bundle exec jekyll build, but the local macOS Ruby is 2.6.10 and the current locked gems require Ruby >= 2.7 (Ascii85-2.0.1 requires ruby version >= 2.7.0).
