Clarify usage of @explicitHints in tutorial metadata, as the previous docs were incorrect. Also add mention of tutorialhint.

Explicit hints doesn't need specified for hints to display by default, they already do. It is instead used alongside tutorialhint when you don't want the default approach to automatically detecting where a hint starts (which can be problematic).
