Description (What does it do?)

This uses the copilot /init command to create an AGENTS.md file that acts as a shared starting context for any agentic tooling that we use in this repository.

How can this be tested?

Launch Copilot, Claude, Codex, etc. and verify that they have better grounding for the repository.

Additional Context

The AGENTS.md file is a de-facto standard that has been adopted for most agentic coding utilities to add baseline context and guidance to those tools for more consistent results and fewere wasted tokens spent on enumerating the repository structure and standards.
