Hi - sorry for the wait time with reviewing this! Because this extension is a port, we'd appreciate if you explicitly linked to the original source, e.g. in the manifest description using a Markdown link. Besides that, this should be ready to merge.

Some other nitpicks that you may or may not care about (you aren't required to fix these):

• I'd suggest changing the advice for these settings to just reload, as a full restart isn't needed for these patches: https://github.com/official-notfishvr/moonlight-extensions/blob/31938b7fc6f5d452cf3edbdd5038ad7e682fa26b/src/noPendingCount/manifest.json#L19
• The Webpack module you're using is very small and could probably be inlined into the patch if you wish.
