The old rollouts UI (and current experiment UI) showed the email of the recipe's owner, e.g. if I made the recipe it would say shughes@mozilla.com. This helps us get ahold of the owner if there's a problem or an experiment is going on too long or something. The new UI doesn't seem to show this.
