Adds a new Resume Tailor specialist agent under the Specialized division. The agent helps tailor resumes to specific job descriptions through resume fit analysis, ATS keyword mapping, bullet rewrites, tailored resume drafts, and honest gap identification.

Why is this needed?

This fills that gap with clear guardrails around truthful claims, ATS readability, and role-specific positioning.
