iroh-blobs 0.103.0 decided every request type by the get mode of the EventMask. sendme sets get to NotifyLog, so anyone with the ticket could push blobs into the sender's store. 0.103.1 (n0-computer/iroh-blobs#270) uses each request type's own mode, and push is disabled by default.

Picks up n0-computer/iroh-blobs#270: with
get: NotifyLog, older iroh-blobs also accepted pushes, so anyone with the ticket could write into the sender's store. Push is now disabled by default; receiving is unchanged.
