This adds a link to the "Deprecating New XKit" post on the New XKit blog to the repository readme. Open to wording suggestions, of course. My instinct is to to lean toward short and broad-brush; plenty of users still have New XKit installed (you have to have already had it, but still), so I would avoid saying that it cannot be used, for example. Ditto for saying it will Never Be Updated Again.
(I was going to use the word equivocate, but I looked up the definition and it has quite the negative connotation, which I hadn't realized. Frankly I think it says quite a lot about my communication style, and not necessarily something good, that I didn't think it would!)
