only a minimum of 7-8 chunks being downloaded.

First of all would like to say, WOW. Such functionality in just 3 java files.
Now the issue at hand, I get only 7-8 chunks downloaded from the source before merging into an mp4. and an average time of 32-38 secs for each mp4 file. Is this the problem with the url or should I change something in the coding.
