Purchases

1. Artist sets prices on types of images they are willing to draw
   1. For example, artist says it's $40 for a sketch, $80 for an inked drawing, and $160 for a colored/shaded drawing
   2. Artist can set whatever criteria he wants for pricing—number of characters, licensing, what have you
2. User makes a purchase
   1. User can create multiple tag_groups on the commission
   2. User also gets a description box to write arbitrary text
3. Arist accepts the commission after reviewing it
   1. User is notified and then charged
   2. Arist begins drawing
   3. Users can talk to artists at any point in this process, via either text or a skype clone thing
4. Artist finishes commission
   1. User is notified
5. User confirms acceptance
   1. User can flag the piece as a "total ripoff". This means that the artist either didn't draw anything related to the user's request, or half-assed it. If mods decide this is the case, user gets back a portion of cash and the artist cannot receive payment for anything until he fixes it
6. Arist receives funds in ImageHex account.

Offers

1. User makes an offer
   1. User adds artists to make the offer to
      1. These artists are notified
   2. User adds tag_groups
   3. User adds a plaintext description box
   4. User adds funds. These go to the ImageHex account.
   5. User sets a date the offer expires on.
   6. User also sets licensing information
2. Other users see offer
   1. Some users may add funds 2. Users are charged immediately
3. Artist draws
4. Artist delivers image
5. User undergoes the same "total ripoff", "minor change", or "Accept" thing from purchases
6. Artist receives funds
7. Alternatively, the offer expires (reaches time limit without any artist accepting it)
   1. All users who added funds to it are refunded

Marketing

1. On the view image page, there is a gold banner if the artist is taking commissions
2. If a user is subscribed to an artist, they receive a notification if that artist starts taking commissions. This notification can only be sent once in a two-week period.
