  1. Likely, that current python code does not meet pylint requirements. You have to run pylint command locally, fix pylint errors and then commit them to the PR.
  2. As far as I know, it's better to have .pylintrc config file for pylint, put it to the repo.
  3. At the moment, we don't have tests. So, I don't think that it's necessary to have django.yml file with tests stage
